The Shiraz Palette Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read over our terms and conditions before deciding to make a booking. Upon making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions without limitation.
The Shiraz Palette reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately.

Hours of operation
Calls and bookings will be taken at any reasonable time and all effort will be made to accommodate preferred booking dates and times.
Pricing and inclusions
Each session will be $50 per painter with a minimum of 4 in any one session. Please note, try to keep your Shiraz Palette session a small to medium group (4 to 12 painters) as this will affect the duration, space and enjoyment of everyone.
An extra traveling fee will apply for sessions outside of 45min drive from our studio in Belivah.
Price includes your canvas, paints, use of equipment and step by step instruction.
Payment method
Payments can be made through Direct Debit, PayPal (credit card) or paypal.me/theshirazpalette
Receipts will be confirmed via email.
Making a booking
Bookings are to be made a minimum of 1 week before your requested date and time. Your booking will then be secured upon receiving a completed booking form and a confirmed deposit of $100. Confirmations will be sent via an email which will have the details of your session including date, time, location, guest numbers and balance remaining. Balance for your session will be due no later than one (1) week prior to your booking.
Your email confirmation will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the data recorded by The Shiraz Palette and shall be treated as legal evidence of the transaction between The Shiraz Palette and the purchaser.
Refunds
If your session is cancelled, full refunds will be given up to one (1) week prior to your session. Deposit of $100 will be forfeited after this time. Please note that “no shows” at your session will not be refunded.

All artwork, paintings, photos, graphics, text, audio clips, slogans, trade names and other intellectual property contained on our website, information sheets, blog posts, belongs exclusively to The Shiraz Palette. You may not use, reproduce, modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any of the content or otherwise dispose of any of the content in a way not permitted by us, without our express written consent.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to public painting sessions, purchased from The Shiraz Palette, is at the Purchaser’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, The Shiraz Palette will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services or products provided from or at mobile sessions, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by The Shiraz Palette nor its affiliates, nor any of their directors, employees, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.
Privacy Policy
The Shiraz Palette is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. The Shiraz Palette is bound by the laws set out in the (Commonwealth) Privacy Act 1988. We will only collect, use or disclose information in accordance with this Act and this Privacy Policy.
Security of Personal Information
The Shiraz Palette will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it collects and ensure it is accurate and complete. Information is held on secure servers or within controlled environments. Our employees and/or volunteers are required to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information held by The Shiraz Palette.
